Counselling is usually short-term and focused on the issues impacting your study and wellbeing. You can access ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø counselling services, online, face to face and over the phone. You may be referred to appropriate practitioners off-campus if long-term counselling or specialist services are required.
You may want to use our counselling service and other, useful self-help resources to enhance your wellbeing, and to:

If you are unwell and your health is affecting your studies contact your GP to obtain a medical certificate which you will need in order to apply for assignment extensions, deferring exams and/or registering for ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø disability support.
