At the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, we are committed to a future grounded in truth, respect, and meaningful reconciliation. That journey begins with listening, learning, and acknowledging our shared history.

This week, we mark two significant milestones on Australia’s calendar – National Sorry Day (26 May) and National Reconciliation Week (27 May – 3 June).

National Sorry Day reminds us of the profound and enduring impact of past government policies on the Stolen Generations and the importance of recognising those injustices and the ongoing impact on First Nations peoples with compassion and honesty.

National Reconciliation Week invites all Australians to reflect on the 2025 theme for the week – Bridging Now to Next – a call for all Australians to connect the lessons of our past with the possibilities of our future.

It reminds us that reconciliation is an ongoing journey – one that requires us to act with purpose today to build a more inclusive future. Each of us has a role to play in shaping a more just and inclusive society.

Across our campuses, we are marking these occasions through events and activities that amplify First Nations voices and perspectives.
